WebApr 8, 2024 · The amp models on the HX Stomp were significantly better than the MX5. IMHO. In general, the MX5 was a huge disappointment. It gets a lot of stuff right but the amp models being notably inferior was a big problem. If the POD Go sounds as good as the HX, I would take it solely for that reason.
