When it is completly plugged the pressure from blowby has to go somewhere so usually it pushes oil past the main bearing seals, valve cover gaskets, etc. A little blowby is normal even a new engine has a little. Gents, I have had the exact same issue since I have had the Treg, 4 years, and find the oil build up to be a waste of good engine oil. As mentioned by Zagg, the real solution is fitting up a quality closed catch can, with oil return to sump.
